Reservation Policy
Reservation Policy:
A booking deposit of half the rental amount, including tax and cleaning, is due within 7 days of placing your reservation, this will be applied in full to the amount of the rental. The remainder of the rental amount is due no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Security and Damage Deposit:
Each rental home requires a fully refundable damage and security deposit of $500.00. This deposit will be returned to you no later than 14 days after your check-out date, provided that all real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the lease are met.
Cancellation Policy:
If reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be returned to you less a 10% cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled 30 days or less prior to your reservation date SBR will retain all funds received, other than the security deposit, unless the home is re-booked at the same price and time, in that case your deposit will be returned to you less a 10% cancellation fee.
